Catalina Ruiz-Healy is Founder and Boss Lady. She conceptualized the app while on a bad match.com date. She has over 15 years of experience working in the private, philanthropic, political and nonprofit sectors, mostly helping donors and nonprofits be most strategic with their time and resources. Technology was always in the mix. She received a BA from Pomona College and a Masters degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. She is a 2005 graduate of Emerge, and Vice President of the Board, YouthSpeaks, She holds a provisional patent, too.

Michael Yuan is Chief Engineering Guy. Yuan worked as a product manager and open source developer at the JBoss division of Red Hat Inc. He is the author (or lead author) of 5 books on software development, as well as more than 40 articles on leading technology journals and magazines. Besides software, his passions are traveling, photography, and astronomy. Actually, he loves astronomy so much that he got himself a Ph.D. degree in Astrophysics from the University of Texas at Austin.
